The Neversea Festival is the biggest music festival that takes place on a beach in Romania. It takes place over four days and four nights every year at the beginning of July on Neversea Beach near Modern Beach. The organizers of this festival wanted to bring together on the same stages DJs, musicians and artists of international caliber, and the festival breaks new records every year.

Formalized as the name day of Romanian sailors on August 15, 1902, by Saint Mary the Great, the Day of the Romanian Navy has fully certified, for more than a century, its character as an authentic festival of the sea and maritime spirituality. Conceived at the beginning as a national holiday, Navy Day has always offered the assistance a real royal stage.
