Casa Theodorou Rousou – Elegance and Refined Architecture in the Heart of Constanta

Built at the end of the 19th century by Greek painter Theodorou Rousou, in a neoclassical style, based on the architectural plans of architect Pelopidas D. Couppa.

Built across four levels, the building includes a basement and a taller attic. The foundation is made of medieval extraction stone. The wooden entrance doors feature neoclassical decorations with dentils and capitals, and on this spot, the monogram "TR" is inscribed. This marks the identification of both the initial owner, Greek artist Theodorou Rousou, and the construction year, 1897.
